"This restaurant was recommended to us, both by local friends, and those from further afield. Four friends booked and none of us were disappointed. The service was excellent and extremely professional. The dishes that we chose included salad starters and roasted/stuffed mushrooms to share. We followed these with choices from each section of the menu.... our game , beef pork, and fish were tasty and well presented. Thank you to the " invisible " but clearly talented hands in the kitchen. We hope to visit again soon ....perhaps to try more of the home made postres with a cheeky glass from the excellent range of desert wines and digestives."

"Very nice restaurant. Food was really very good. The meat was delightful and the service was spot on. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of everything. Would definitely return. It was fully booked when we went and we were lucky to get a table, so best to book in advance."
